Sales Executive

OVERVIEW

As a Sales executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by building client relationships, managing accounts, and promoting hotel services to achieve sales targets.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

-       Identify and pursue new business opportunities (Corporate clients, Travel agencies, DMCs, Event organizers).

-       Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

-       Conduct sales calls, meetings, and related sales activities.

-       Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate pricing with clients.

-       Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

-       Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

-       Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

-       Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

-       Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

-     Coordinate closely with operations departments to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.

JOB COMPETENCE & QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

-       College/ Bachelor’s degree in related field.

-       Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

-       Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related sales roles.

-       Experience working with Corporate clients, Travel agencies, DMCs, Event organizers.
