Mô tả công việc Sales Representative

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, approach, and acquire new customers.

• Expand the customer base within the Bakery, Café, Restaurant, and Hotel (HoReCa) segments.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

• Advise customers on ingredient solutions that best meet their business needs.

• Coordinate with the Technical Team to conduct product demonstrations and provide application support.

• Monitor sales plans, revenue performance, and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Provide technical support and offer product and market information to customers.

• Receive and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to products and

services.

• Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and customer care programs.

• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve sales objectives and overall company goals.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

• Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and trends in the F&B industry.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College diploma or higher.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Sales position.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Bakery Ingredients, Food Service / HoReCa or the F&B industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.

• Basic English communication skill is required.

• Japanese language is plus
