- Architect, build, and maintain high-performance React Native apps for iOS and Android.
- Own mobile architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices.
- Ensure code quality, performance, stability, and scalability across the mobile stack.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with product, backend, design, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and app stability risks.
- Define and improve workflows, testing strategies, and release processes.
- Stay current with React Native, iOS, and Android ecosystem updates.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 8+ years mobile app development, with 5+ years in React Native.
- Proven leadership as tech lead or senior engineer.
- Expert-level type and clean code practices.
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and memory management.
- Experience with native tooling (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, Cocoapods).
- Skilled in REST API integration, authentication flows, and secure data handling.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, app store release processes, and versioning.
- Fluent English for global team collaboration.
- Strong product mindset, independence, and ownership.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, or other state management.
- Automated testing (Jest, Detox, E2E).
- GraphQL integration.
- Performance profiling and crash analytics (Firebase, Sentry).
- Exposure to crypto, fintech, or Web3 products.
- Domain experience in construction, accounting, or fintech.
- Knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles, scalable system design.
- Experience in global, multi-time-zone teams.
