RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the handbag business — from intake and sourcing to offer and onboarding coordination.
- Work independently to source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, referrals, direct search, headhunters).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates; coordinate the interview process with stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain relationships with recruitment vendors / headhunters where needed.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline, cost-per-hire) and report to the HR Director / VP.
- Support employer branding and talent-pipeline building for handbag operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing / footwear / accessories or a related industry.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment channels and tools in the Vietnam market.
- Vietnamese and English required.
- Chinese / Mandarin is a plus
