- Lead and manage plant quality systems in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.
- Manage customer complaints and lead 8D problem-solving activities.
- Implement and improve APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC systems.
- Monitor process quality performance and reduce PPM, scrap, and rework.
- Support NPD projects and new product launches with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and lead the Quality team and establish quality improvement KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote zero-defect manufacturing culture.
- Ensure effective quality control throughout production processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- 8–12 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing.
- Minimum 3–5 years in Quality Manager or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- IATF 16949
- ISO 9001
- APQP
- PPAP
- PFMEA
- SPC
- MSA
- 8D Problem Solving
- Automotive components manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
