Tuyển dụng Project Director (Dự Án Xây Dựng Data Center) tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Reporting to: Board of Directors
- Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Southern Area)
- Working Schedule: Monday – Saturday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2 Saturdays off per month)
Main Duties:
- Lead and chair meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and all related stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage project execution across CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection) disciplines.
- Oversee project progress, quality, cost control, and risk management to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues during project implementation.
- Ensure all project activities are carried out in compliance with contracts, technical standards, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular progress and project status reports to the Board of Directors.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure smooth project completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (M&E), Construction Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in industrial plants, factories, or large-scale industrial projects are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluent English communication skills (all 4 skills) are mandatory, with the ability to lead meetings and work directly with Clients, Consultants, and international partners.
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management capabilities.
- Solid experience in managing project schedules, costs, quality, and project risks.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced project environment.
