- Key Responsibilities:
- Quality System & Standards: Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs across all production lines.
- Process & Output Control: Oversee IQC, PQC, and OQC processes to ensure incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products meet all technical specifications and quality standards.
- Defect & Incident Handling: Identify, isolate, and resolve quality issues during production; implement root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA/8D).
- Customer Complaints: Lead the investigation and resolution of customer claims and quality feedback.
- Lab & Testing Management: Manage factory lab operations, testing equipment, and periodic calibration.
- Team Leadership & Reporting: Direct and train the QC team, set KPIs, and deliver regular quality reports (scrap rates, defect trends, FTY) to top management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a QC/QA Manager in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Experience in chemical, footwear materials, plastics, foam (PU/TPU), or textiles is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001), quality control tools (7 QC Tools, 8D, 5S, Kaizen), and product testing methods.
- Good command of English; proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.
