Project Developer (Heel Counter Department)

Your duties & responsibilities:

• Look out for potential customers in the shoe industry.

• Communicate with customers and manage customer relationships.

• Take care of the new project (heel counter for shoe industry).

• Deliver concise and objective reports with focus on deliverables and proposals for change.

• Forecast and production ramp-up planning with customers.

• Project follow ups (testing, sample & tooling shipments, sample confirmations and reviews)

• Prepare handover documents, administrative documents and SOPs.

• Supervise the quality and quantity of the new projects.

• Raising MS Office documents together with the HC BU. Team

Yêu cầu công việc

What we expect:

• Basic understanding of project management

• Strong interest in new technologies such as 3D printing and new technology projects.

• Proactive and have a hard working and cooperative mindset (teamwork)

• Very good English skills (written and spoken)

• Good knowledge with MS Office.

• Graduates or just graduated from Technical High School and/or Technical/Marketing/Industry University preferred
