Project Development Manager (Development Department)

Your duties & responsibilities:

• Look out for potential customers in the shoe industry

• Communicate with customers for new assigned projects and manage customer relationships

• Make plan and control the product projects which will be run in proper ways to meet the project target/ customer needs/standards

• Report the project activities to the Development Director & BOD

• Manage the assigned project developer in team

• Deliver concise and objective monthly reports with focus on deliverables and proposals for change.

• Forecast and production planning with customers

• Project (plastic injection) follow ups (testing, sample confirmation and review)

• Prepare handover documents, quality manuals and SOPs.

• Supervise the quality and quantity of the new projects.

• Raising MS Office Power Point presentation together with the Dev. Team

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduates or just graduated from Business management/Marketing/Industry University preferred

• Knowledge in project/team management

• Knowledge/Experience in plastic injection

• Experience in Development & Commercial (plastic) of shoe industry

• Proactive and have a hard working and cooperative mindset (teamwork)

• Very good Communication skill/English skills (written and spoken)

• Good knowledge with MS Office.
