Financial Controller

General purpose

We’re looking for a Financial Controller (Management level) who is responsible in monitoring the company's financial health. Responsibilities include complex data analysis, budget forecasting, overseeing accounts and budgets. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the financial sector with a strong financial vision and insight.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide periodical reports for management reporting and reviews (monthly financial reports to internal and external)

• Set up the annual budget and rolling plan

• Ensure that the accounting systems/ company accounts are implied to Vietnamese accounting standards and followed according to the Corporate Group Policy

• Oversee and monitor cost accounting systems to ensure that financial accounting and cost accounting are compliant

• Perform Cost-Break-Down analysis periodically

• Analyze historical results, perform variance analysis, and make recommendations for production improvements

• Support related departments by providing correct financial information on time

• Review and make suggestion to improve financial policies, control systems and processes

• Support to create, monitor and follow up that all processes are implemented correctly in the company

• Other controlling tasks (sales forecast planning, utilization reports, cost savings calculation...)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Finance/ Auditing/ Accounting or similar

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field and knowledge about international/ Vietnamese accounting standards and cost accounting

• Working experience in Audit companies are preferred (e.g., Big 4 is a plus)

• Very good language proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must

• Skilled in handling Microsoft Office: Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Expert problem solver, analytical thinker, and decision-maker
