Development QC Staff

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the quality of development samples by conducting inspections, identifying defects, Lab testing, … The position collaborate and works closely with Development, DTC, LAB and Color & Material to ensure samples meet customer requirements before production handover.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate development samples and trials according to customer and internal quality standards.

• Identify, classify, and report product defects through quality inspection reports and evaluations.

• Work with Lab team to testing and making of the Lab reports following customer standards

• Collaborate with related teams to improve sample quality and reduce defects.

• Monitor defect trends, maintain quality documentation and standards, and provide quality feedback before mass production handover.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Engineers in Quality check, Lab testing, … fields

• 1–3 years of experience in QC/LAB, … in footwear industry.

• Knowledge of quality inspection, defect analysis, and root cause analysis tools.

• Be able to use the Lab testing tools/equipment and testing method in footwear industry

• Good in Microsoft Office, communication and teamwork.

• Able to work independently with good English communication
