Operations, Sea Export (Freight Forwarder, HCMC)

Contract Type: Outsourcing

Purpose of the position:

• Create and manage ocean export documentation

• Handle relevant ACR (Advance Cargo Reporting) activities

• Evaluate and maximize profitability of individual shipment

• Verify, create reservations, finish income & cost into TMS (TANGO)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enter shipment, cargo, and container information into TMS (TANGO)

• Coordinate with shippers/carriers for shipping instructions and documentation

• Prepare, verify, and release Bills of Lading (MBL/HBL)

• Monitor shipment status and update schedules (ETD, ETA, ATD)

• Create reservations & finish invoices on time

• Ensure timely and accurate invoice (cost & income)

• Review costs, revenues, and profitability of shipments

• Escalate billing issues, losses, or discrepancies when needed

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer KPIs

• 01 -02 years of relevant experience

• Ability to multi-task

• Effective communication skills and professional communication etiquette

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Fluency in written and spoken local language

• Perform well under pressure

• Strong computer (Windows PC) skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage time

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Organizational skills

• Must work well within a team
