Job Overview

DSV Contract Logistics is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to build and drive local candidate pipelines, working closely alongside business operations across our regional sites and warehouses.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies that suit the specific characteristics of each warehouse region. You will partner directly with Warehouse Managers to understand staffing needs, provide recruitment solutions, and ensure hiring timelines are met on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement localized recruitment strategies tailored to the specific characteristics and needs of each region.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned warehouses and regional sites.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with Warehouse Managers to align on hiring demands and advise on suitable recruitment solutions.

• Action Planning: Formulate and execute monthly and quarterly recruitment plans utilizing diverse channels (Facebook Ads, job boards, direct sourcing, mass recruitment drives, etc.).

• Channel Optimization: Track, evaluate, and optimize recruitment efficiency per channel in terms of cost and conversion rates.

• Pipeline & Network Development: Build and expand local candidate networks through academic partnerships, local government/community agencies, and recruitment collaborators (freelancers).

• Data & Process Optimization: Analyze recruitment metrics to propose and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

• Employer Branding & Events: Organize and participate in candidate attraction initiatives, including Job Fairs, Campus Recruiting, and talent events.

• Reporting: Aggregate, analyze, and present periodic recruitment data and performance reports.

• Education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience:

3 – 5 years of recruitment experience.

Strong preference for candidates with experience in Mass Recruitment (Warehouse workers) or specific regions / multi-locations Recruitment.

Prior experience independently managing talent acquisition for a region or large-scale operation is highly preferred.

• Technical & Channel Skills: Proven track record in executing hiring through Facebook Ads, job boards, and direct candidate sourcing.

• Analytical & Planning Skills: Strong capability in recruitment planning, schedule tracking, and basic data analysis (proficient in Excel and reporting frameworks).

• Soft Skills & Mindset: Highly proactive, resilient, and capable of working effectively under tight hiring deadlines and progress pressures.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel to regional provinces/warehouses when business needs arise.
