Purpose of the position

The P&O Business Partner (P&O BP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the P&O function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages the full-cycle hiring process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.

• Build and manage Talent pipeline.

• Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.

• Implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery.

• Review key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders.

• Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda.

• Assist business leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards.

• Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of P&O services and processes.

• Understand and solicit employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.

• Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve P&O initiatives.

• Identify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.

• Act as a liaison between the line and P&O to ensure that P&O services are aligned with internal client needs.

• Identify new opportunities for P&O to add value to the business.

• Maintain knowledge of progressive P&O practices and key trends.

• Any other duty that may assigned by manager and the company.

Main working location: VSIP 1, Binh Duong

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration or related field

• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, typically 2-5 years.

• Complete fluency in English is a must.

• Strong recruitment skill.

• Experience in Logistics industry is preferable.

• Good understanding of business functions.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation.

• Good organization & project management skills.

• Ability to handle multi-tasks and solve the problems.

• Ability to work at different locations, among Company sites/ warehouses.
