Manager (Digital Architect)

1. Business outputs

• Participate in building and implementation of the Company’s Transformation Strategy, Digital Projects and Initiatives

• Set up, continuously maintain & enhance facility for selling Insurance Products via digital channels

• Work closely with other related divisions to create, implement & maintain digital sales & service process

• Create digital solutions that are targeted at company existing customers, prospects, as well as new customer segmentations

• Continually offer new, fresh and innovative ideas and solutions to maximize digital business resources

2. Management:

• Support management of Digital Business Development operation

• Support to set up, update & implement the division guideline, processes

• Train, coach and develop junior employees to build up a strong team

• Closely monitor related parties, functions to make sure all Digital activities aligned with the timeline

• Track completion and ensure quality of project deliverables

3. Others

• Timely complete the reports as required by line manager

• Other project management works as assigned by line manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in computer science or relevant fields; Master degree is preferred.

• Developer certifications is a plus

• English fluency.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

• Programming languages:

o NodeJS/Javascript

o PHP

o C#

• Programming frameworks:

o ExpressJS, React or equivalent

o Laravel or equivalent

o .NET Framework/.NET Core

• Good knowledge of design patterns and tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality of the work.

• Good business mind-set is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 4 years’ experience in developing digital systems and integration with other systems via API connection (Restful, SOAP)

• Experience in developing e-commerce systems is a plus
