Senior Executive (7-Month Contract)-Corporate Claims

KEY TASKS:

• To handle marine claims, agency claims, cargo indemnity claims.

• To handle personal claims.

• To deliver necessary training sessions and seminars to the clients.

• To comply with the guidelines of the Claims Manual and compliance requirements.

• To set appropriate reserves within the authorized limit and report to authorized persons as required;

• To follow up outstanding claims information and negotiate with claimants for settling of the claims;

• To observe accuracy, completeness and timeliness when carrying out daily responsibilities;

• To prepare reports and statistics for relevant internal meetings.

• To assist in handling claims in a manner that enhances the Company’s service standard and operational processes, supporting overall reputation.

• To maintain communication with customers (internal and external) to achieve customer satisfaction claims services;

• To execute other office tasks as required by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University / College graduation

• Good command of English

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;

• Insurance knowledge

• Interpersonal skills

• Communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to build and maintain partnership

• Analytical and synthetic ability.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years’ experience in related field.
