- Handle corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, charter/ company documents, internal approvals, resolutions, licensing and regulatory filings.

- Handle legal transactions, including investment, M&A, real estate/ project transactions, financing and commercial contracts: legal due diligence, drafting, review, negotiation and closing.

- Handle litigation/ disputes, claims, enforcement matters and external counsels; prepare legal opinions, risk assessments and action plans.

- Advise internal departments on daily legal, compliance and contractual matters.

- Maintain legal records, contract databases and follow up on implementation of legal/ compliance action items.

- Other duties to be assigned by Head of Legal.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher.

- Over 05 years of relevant legal experience, preferably gained from reputable law firms or well-established companies in the real estate sector.

- Fluent in English, with the ability to draft and review legal documents and communicate effectively in English.

- Strong drafting, negotiation, legal analysis and risk management skills.

- Solid knowledge of enterprise, investment, real estate/project, contract and dispute/litigation matters.

- Confident, mature and commercially minded, with a clear sense of direction and ownership in handling legal matters.

- Careful, practical, proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
