Tuyển dụng Legal Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Legal Manager to join the Legal Department of a leading integrated resort and casino operator in Vietnam. This role requires strong legal judgment, in-depth regulatory knowledge, and the ability to deliver practical, risk-focused and business-oriented legal advice to senior management across complex operational and development matters.

The Legal Manager will work closely with the Director of Legal and key internal stakeholders to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance while supporting the Company’s business operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Real estate & hospitality:

• Provide legal support for real estate projects, including project development, sales launch, and ongoing operations.

• Review, draft, and advise on real estate-related agreements and documents (e.g. sales documents, SPA, LTLA, RPA etc.)

• Support internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) on legal aspects relating to customer transactions and project operations.

• Advise on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to hospitality and real estate operation.

- Development, commercial contracts & corporate matters:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts relating to the Company's development projects and business operations, including consultancy agreements, construction-related agreements, service agreements, vendor contracts and other commercial contracts;

• Provide legal advice on development projects;

- Legal operations & general legal support.

- Perform such other legal duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Director of Legal from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (UL, UEL);

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws, particularly in real estate, enterprise, commercial, and investment;

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an in-house legal role or law firm with exposure to corporate and real estate matters

• Practical experience in corporate documentation, licensing procedures, and contract drafting/review;

• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or similar operational environments is preferred;

• Strong drafting, review, and legal analysis skills with a practical, business-oriented mindset;

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under direction.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).

• Willing to travel when required
