Internal Accountant

Key Responsibilities

In charge of accounting for offshore entities including:

• Daily bookkeeping tasks: record journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and update subsidiary ledgers, reconcile bank statements.

• Data entry & reconciliations: input transactions into accounting software/excel, supplier accounts, and customer balances, ensure proper documentation of expenses.

• Invoice processing: prepare, issue, and record customer invoices, verify vendor invoices and process payments with banks.

• Financial reporting: support preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements, cash flows and budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Compliance & documentation: ensure all records are properly filed and comply with accounting standards and company policies.

• Audit & tax: collect and organize supporting documents for external auditors and tax filings supported by the service providers.

• Bank’s KYC requirements: collect supporting documents and submit the bank with the required KYC requests when required.

• Administrative support: maintain organized files, assist with internal requests for financial data, and handle routine accounting queries.

• Other tasks assigned by CFO and CEO.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 0–1 year of accounting experience, including internship or part-time experience.

• Strong English skills (a must)

• Good accounting background

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint) and accounting software is a plus

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized

• Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
