Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors at the front desk, verify visitor credentials, and direct or announce them professionally and courteously.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Collect contact details from prospective clients interested in project information and escalate them to management for follow-up.

• Work full-time at the office, leveraging trained knowledge and skills to provide project consultation to clients upon request.

• Assist the sales team in consulting clients as assigned and guided by management, without engaging in direct sales.

• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

• Oversee and ensure cleanliness in common areas and meeting rooms; arrange refreshments and tea service for VIP guests.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company.

• Report directly to the Sales Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, sales background is a strong advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and friendly demeanor.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Saturday.
