Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales plans, pricing strategies, commercial policies, and sales targets for the Mom & Baby channel nationwide.
• Manage and develop key accounts across both large and small Mom & Baby chains/stores, driving sales growth and market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Mom & Baby retailers and negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, promotions, and annual business plans.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and evaluate promotions, POSM, activations, and sales campaigns across the Mom & Baby channel.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to support business decisions and performance improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of customer plans and commercial programs.
• Coach and develop the sales team and contribute to process improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Key Account / Sales roles, preferably within FMCG, Food, Dairy, or related industries.
• Strong experience managing the Mom & Baby channel, covering both large chains and smaller/local chains or stores.
• Established relationships and good understanding of the Mom & Baby retail market.
• Proven experience in commercial negotiation, contract management, promotions, POSM, and activation.
• Strong sales analysis, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
