Job Description:

• Assist in the development, review, and documentation of IT policies and procedures

to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with departmental goals.

• Support the implementation of IT governance frameworks and internal standards by

conducting regular checks and monitoring activities to ensure operational

compliance.

• Work with different IT teams to track compliance schedules and ensure all regulatory

requirements are met within the designated timelines.

• Assist in reviewing existing IT practices and contribute ideas for improving standard

operating procedures (SOPs).

• Act as a coordinator between IT and other departments to gather information,

respond to basic risk inquiries, and track the progress of audit finding remediations.

• Help disseminate information regarding governance updates and policy changes to

ensure IT staff are aware of how these impact daily operations.

• Collect operational data and prepare periodic reports on IT activities, performance

metrics, and compliance status for management review.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree holder, preferably in IT areas

• 02 years’ experience in IT Governance related domains, preferable in banking or

financial business is a plus

• Familiar with current industry IT framework: ISMS, ITSM…

• Experience of process design and documentation

• Knowledge of project methodologies and tools

• Strongly required good writing skills in English and Vietnamese
