Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Statutory Compliance
- Execute statutory HR tasks in compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations.
- Manage SHUI processes including declaration, adjustments, and reporting.
- Handle PIT monthly declaration, PIT finalization, and expatriate PIT matters.
- Prepare mandatory reports to authorities such as DOLISA and Tax Office.
- Advise stakeholders on statutory requirements and compliance.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Operations with strong SHUI, PIT, and labor law expertise.
- Strong English communication and good Microsoft Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
