We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams focused on authentication and authorization platforms that support large-scale digital products. Description

* Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams

* Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from design and development through deployment and optimization

* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute product and technology strategy

* Drive architectural decisions that support scalability, security, maintainability, and reliability

* Contribute technically when needed while guiding teams toward best engineering practices

* Establish effective processes, delivery standards, and team operating models

* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation

Profile

* 5+ years of Engineering Management experience leading software engineering teams

* Bonus point: Strong hands-on background in Java development and backend platform engineering

* Experience building and scaling Java microservices in AWS or GCP environments, BFSI experiences

* Proven track record of delivering complex products and scaling engineering organizations

* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

* Excellent English communication skills

* Passion for people leadership, coaching, and team development
