The position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, effective business partnering, and continuous process improvement while supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.
Description
* Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under local regulations, IFRS, and Group policies.
* Own the integrity of financial statements by overseeing balance sheet reviews, intercompany transactions, accruals, reconciliations, treasury activities, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.
* Analyse financial and operational performance, identify key trends, risks, and business drivers, and provide actionable insights to management.
* Drive a strong control environment by enhancing finance processes, governance frameworks, and internal controls across the organisation.
* Partner closely with operational and functional leaders to assess financial impacts of business decisions, process changes, and investment initiatives.
* Lead audit, tax, statutory, regulatory, and treasury matters while maintaining effective relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams.
* Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and SAP implementation, process optimisation, and organisational scale-up projects.
* Build, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team while elevating the maturity and capability of the overall finance function.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Proven experience leading finance operations, financial controllership, or accounting functions within a multinational environment.
* Hands-on leadership style with the confidence and credibility to challenge stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive accountability.
* Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, Chief Accountant Certification, or equivalent.
* Fluent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
