• Lead and manage the Product Development team to develop and improve footwear components/products in line with company requirements.
• Conduct R&D, testing and validation to ensure product quality, performance, durability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Production, Marketing and suppliers/T1 throughout the development process, from concept to mass production.
• Manage project planning, tooling, prototyping and problem-solving, ensuring development timelines and project requirements are met.
• Monitor new technologies, materials and manufacturing processes to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Footwear, Materials, Manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience in R&D / Product Development / Technical roles within the footwear industry.
• Good understanding of footwear materials, components, tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and understand 2D/3D drawings and technical specifications.
• Good English, MS Office and technical software skills; or 3D software knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills, with experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
