- Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
- Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience. Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support.

- Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level.
- Fluency in English - B2 and above (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% English.
