Creator Business Partner

- Proactively source and recruit new creators, influencers, streamers, and celebrities across social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Present partnership opportunities, negotiate collaboration terms, and onboard new creators into the company's livestream ecosystem.
- Maintain relationships with creators during the onboarding period and ensure a smooth collaboration experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support creators in launching livestream activities and achieving initial performance goals.
- Monitor creator activity, identify growth opportunities, and recommend suitable development initiatives.
- Prepare regular recruitment pipeline and creator performance reports while tracking market trends and competitor activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Creator/KOL Hunting, Talent Management, Casting, Booking, or similar roles within an MCN, agency, livestream agency, or brands with a strong livestream business.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok, Shopee Live, and digital content ecosystem, including livestream culture, platform algorithms, and social media trends.
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, and develop creators with high growth potential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to successfully acquire and retain creators.
- Well-connected within the creator ecosystem, with an established network of influencers, TikTok creators, streamers, or relevant online communities being a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs, evaluate creator performance, and implement optimization strategies.
- Proactive, results-driven, trend-sensitive, and able to work effectively under performance-based targets and recruitment KPIs.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
