Affiliate Creator Content Manager

- Develop and lead affiliate growth strategies across TikTok Shop and Shopee to achieve business and sales targets.
- Build creator development plans and affiliate content strategies to maximize campaign performance and long-term business growth.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key creators, brands, TikTok Affiliate Partners (TAPs), and platform stakeholders.
- Manage affiliate budgets and investment plans to maximize ROI and overall business performance.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead creator content operations, including short-form videos and livestreams, to ensure high-quality execution and strong conversion performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze business metrics, and implement optimization plans to improve GMV, CTR, CVR, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and optimize workflows, operational processes, and documentation to improve team efficiency and execution quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Affiliate Creator Content team to achieve business objectives and team KPIs.
- Allocate resources, manage team performance, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that supports continuous growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, E-commerce, or related fields, including at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, creator ecosystems, and social commerce operations.
- Proven experience in developing affiliate strategies, managing creator partnerships, and driving business growth through affiliate campaigns.
- Strong leadership, people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in setting team KPIs, improving operational processes, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of leading teams to achieve business goals.
