Creator Management Executive

- Manage and develop assigned creators across TikTok Shop and Shopee to drive business growth.
- Build creator growth strategies, content plans, and monetization opportunities through affiliate, livestream, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with TikTok Shop, Shopee, brands, and internal teams to maximize platform resources and campaign opportunities.
- Direct and coordinate livestream sessions, ensuring smooth execution and optimal sales performance.
- Track creator performance, analyze business metrics, and implement optimization plans to achieve KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators while providing day-to-day business support.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify market trends and growth opportunities.

- 1-3 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations, Affiliate Marketing, Livestream Commerce, Creator Management, Account Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Commerce ecosystems.
- Experience working with creators, KOLs, brands, agencies, merchants, or ecommerce sellers is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
- Comfortable working across creator management, assortment planning, and livestream execution.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in MCN, Ecommerce Enabler, Creator Agency, Livestream Commerce, or Social Commerce businesses is a strong advantage.
- Professional English proficiency is a plus.
