Affiliate Creator Content

- Execute and optimize affiliate campaigns across TikTok Shop and Shopee to maximize GMV, CTR, CVR, and overall campaign performance.
- Build affiliate growth strategies by identifying campaign opportunities, recommending suitable creators, and driving sales performance.
- Coordinate creator content production, including short-form videos and livestreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with campaign objectives.
- Analyze affiliate and content performance, providing actionable insights and optimization plans to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Collaborate with brands, TikTok Affiliate Partners (TAPs), platforms, and internal teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and platform resources.
- Source, onboard, and develop a network of KOLs, KOCs, and Creators to expand the affiliate ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, providing day-to-day support to maximize campaign performance and long-term collaboration.
- Prepare and manage creator-related documentation, including contracts, bookings, campaign records, acceptance reports, and other operational documents.
- Monitor affiliate market trends, creator performance, and competitor activities to identify new business and content opportunities.

- 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, Booking, or related roles. Experience at an MCN, TAP, E-commerce Agency, or Creator Agency is a plus.
- Good understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, and the Creator ecosystem.
- Familiar with TikTok and Shopee content trends, livestreams, and affiliate campaign operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Able to analyze campaign performance using metrics such as GMV, CTR, and CVR to identify improvement opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
