Assortment Planning Executive

- Plan product assortments for assigned creators, campaigns, and livestreams across TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Work with brands, creators, and internal teams to select suitable products for each campaign.
- Monitor product performance before, during, and after campaigns, and recommend assortment adjustments to improve sales.
- Analyze sales data, livestream performance, and market trends to support assortment planning decisions.
- Coordinate product onboarding, campaign setup, and assortment updates to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands to expand product opportunities for creators.
- Prepare regular reports on assortment performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

- 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Category, Merchandising, Assortment Planning, or related roles.
- Good understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other E-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data.
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
