Wood Production Manager

• Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, cost efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute production plans while monitoring production performance and resolving operational issues.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage production quality, production costs, and material utilization.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and overseas teams to support production and new product introduction.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Wood Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of production management experience in the wood/furniture manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years managing end-to-end wood furniture production.
• Strong understanding of wood manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management, cost control, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) to communicate with international stakeholders.
