B2B Sales (HORECA Channel) / Supervisor – Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales in the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)

• Build and maintain relationships with food distributors and wholesalers

• Conduct both new business development and existing client management (50:50)

• Propose B2B solutions using consumer products (e.g., pasta, ready-to-cook products, etc.)

• Manage delivery points and coordinate with customers

• Report sales activities and performance to the Japanese Manager

• Expand and strengthen the HORECA business channel

• Build a sustainable B2B sales structure

• Grow into a future manager capable of leading the B2B business

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales

• Experience working at food distributors / wholesalers

• Strong network and connections in the HORECA channel

• Ability to identify where and how to approach potential clients

• English communication skills

• Experience in the food industry
