Vung Tau - HSE Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal and company requirements.

Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, chemical handling, and pollution prevention.

Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Organize HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness activities for employees and contractors.

Ensure compliance with fire prevention, emergency response, and occupational health programs.

Coordinate with relevant authorities during inspections and regulatory audits.

Prepare HSE reports, KPI tracking, and documentation for management review.

Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.

Perform other tasks assigned by the HSE Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of HSE experience, including at least 1 year as an HSE Supervisor.

Hands-on experience in complex manufacturing environments with automated or multi-process production lines.

Good knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations and international HSE management systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is preferred).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
