Site Finance Controller - Manager level

• Partner with Factory and Operations leaders to drive manufacturing performance and support business decisions through financial analysis.

• Monitor and improve plant performance, including production yield, cost, productivity, inventory, and operational KPIs.

• Lead cost optimization initiatives by analyzing material, labor, overhead, and manufacturing variances.

• Oversee product costing, inventory controls, master data governance, and manufacturing financial processes.

• Manage CAPEX financial evaluation, project tracking, ROI analysis, and investment governance.

• Lead factory budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, customs, and internal control requirements while supporting internal and external audits.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Plant Finance, Manufacturing Controlling, FP&A, or Operational Finance.

• Experience in FMCG, chemical, lubricant, industrial, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in manufacturing cost control, inventory management, yield improvement, and CAPEX evaluation.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar); Power BI is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
