Unit Head of Compliance Control

• Set up and perform plan of human resource allocation at Compliance Control Unit, set up and complete regulations and processes related to activities of Compliance Control Unit consistent to laws and actual activities at VPB FC.

• Set up plan, program, and examination scope to ensure operational and managerial activities complied with laws and internal regulations

• Organize the execution of established programs, plans and report on compliance level assessment, risks caused by not complying with laws and internal regulations on operational, managerial activities

• Direct examine, assess compliance events, define violations of compliance, and propose handling measurements to overcome, limit influence of compliance violations

• Unscheduled examine operational activities of units in case of finding abnormal sign of compliance violations

• Hire, evaluate & train employees of Compliance Control Unit

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Laws or Finance – Banking

• At least 05 years’ experience in compliance and 03 years at managerial position, preferably working for banks or other finance institutions

• In-depth knowledge in banking processes

• Leadership & negotiation skills,

• Analytical & skeptical skills

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
