Trade MKT Executive/ Supervisor

Key deliveries

1/ Push KAM confirm promotion information on time, as aligned lead-time 5 working days

2/ Create all MT promotion scheme, follow up on CTS Finance system get it done approval

3/ Follow listing process to prepare: documents, price list, samples.

4/ POD tracking monthly, send mail monthly update to KA and Trade team after reconciling data with KAM

5/ NPD tracking weekly release based on Trade Portal (all channel)

6/ Other reports assigned from Head of Trade: MT MOR monthly, On-post share monthly file (5th- 15th date monthly)

7/ Support MT trade team in paperwork relevant tasks relating to the function.

8/ On-post tracking monthly, consolidate and update on-post schedule of MT customers and send to Spiral for updating in system on 28th day every month

9/ Collecting catalog of MT channel monthly.

Additional Scope - Trade Operations Support (Add-on Responsibilities:

• Support Trade team in daily stock availability checking to ensure readiness for Trade execution across Male and Food brands.

• Coordinate product movement between North-South regions to support Trade activities and customer execution timelines.

• Arrange and follow up delivery of Trade-related items (FG, POSM, gifts, FOC) to ensure on-time availability for promotions and in-store programs

• Manage communication and coordination across internal teams (Trade, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics) to ensure smooth execution of Trade plans

• Track and update status of Trade stock usage and movement to support execution visibility and internal alignment.

• Support operational readiness for Trade programs by ensuring required materials and products are available at the right time and location.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduate in business administrative, foreign trade, economics.

• Having 1-2 years working experience in FMCG industry, preferably experienced in Trade marketing/Sales Operation/ MT Operation.

• Good analytical and influencing skill. Good sense of numbers.

• Good communication skill, both in Vietnamese and English.

• Proactive, and willing to work under pressure.
