Trade Marketing Assistant Manager (GT Perfect Store Management)

Own the end-to-end operation of the Perfect Store display program across the GT channel nationwide — covering scheme, enrollment, compliance, POSM, deployment, and budget — to deliver a holistic objective including sell-in and offtake in top GT stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheme & program logic: design and maintain the program mechanics by store format and region.

• Enrollment: manage registration and the potential-store enrollment; coordinate with RSM/ZSM/BDM to drive enrollment as target

• Compliance & payout: run the results computation, reconcile photo scoring, and ensure accurate, on-time rewards.

• POSM: plan demand by format/package, work with suppliers, and manage production and supply.

• Deployment: manage rollout logistics to regions and the distributor, and track field execution.

• Budget: build and control the program budget; track spend vs. plan and cost efficiency

• Reporting & enablement: build performance reports to track by region and training materials.

• Analytical: advanced Excel & Sales index analytics

• Execution & deployment: POSM planning and deployment plan, budget management, and hands-on coordination with the GT Sales, MKT, Finance, Legal, agencies.

• Soft skills: detail-oriented, structured, strong communicator able to turn complex logic into simple field materials, and able to run parallel workstreams.

• 3–5 years in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Category — FMCG / GT channel preferred.

• Experience running a display program or loyalty scheme is an advantage.

• Strong Vietnamese (field materials); working English for reporting; willing to travel.
