Technical Sales Coordinator (Forklift/Material Handling Solutions)

Provide technical support to the sales team and customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate forklift attachment and material handling solutions.
Prepare quotations, technical specifications, product documentation, and related materials.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.
Support product demonstrations, installation planning, and after-sales activities.
Monitor project timelines, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide technical training when required.
Prepare sales reports and technical documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in technical service, field service, sales coordination, engineering support, or similar roles.
Strong technical knowledge with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with industrial equipment, forklifts, material handling systems, or machinery is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good command of English, with the ability to communicate with international colleagues and suppliers.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
