- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Manufacturing, ID21621, 1300USD):
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job scope, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans based on hiring priorities, workforce requirements, and market conditions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment platforms, competitor mapping, local networks, schools, associations, and talent databases.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment based on qualifications, experience, motivation, salary expectations, commute, and suitability for the manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with Hiring Managers and relevant departments.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support offer negotiation and closing by understanding candidate motivations and expectations.
- Monitor recruitment progress and proactively identify potential hiring risks or bottlenecks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female, Under 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of strong experience in recruitment in manufacturing, preferably covering the full recruitment cycle and mass recruitment.
- Good at English
- Daily shuttle bus service is provided from Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai.
