- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Tax & Legal Manager (Manufacturing, ID21676, 1900USD):
- Manage overall tax compliance and tax planning, including CIT, VAT, FCT, Transfer Pricing and other tax matters.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations; identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Work with tax authorities on tax inspections, audits and related issues.
- Legal support: reviewing/drafting commercial contracts and providing legal advice to management.
- Identify legal risks and coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, regulations and corporate governance requirements.
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IMEX and Business Development teams on tax and legal matters.
- Prepare tax/legal reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female, Under 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in both Tax and Legal functions.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company is required
- Strong hands-on experience in Vietnamese tax regulations and corporate legal matters.
- Experience dealing with tax authorities, tax inspections/audits, contracts, and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
- Good working English
