- Regional Financial Oversight & Reporting Governance:
- Direct and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement consolidation across Southeast Asian operations (primarily Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia).
- Partner with local finance teams to conduct comprehensive variance analyses, identify operational anomalies, and present actionable insights to Corporate Leadership.
- Function as the secondary lead and deputy to the Regional SEA Finance Director, maintaining seamless communication across internal leadership and external corporate stakeholders.
- Tax Optimization, Transfer Pricing & Compliance:
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance to design, execute, and monitor optimized tax structures, guaranteeing strict adherence to national and regional statutory tax protocols.
- Supervise complex tax operations including Value Added Tax (VAT) refunds, Withholding Tax (WHT), e-Invoicing protocols, and Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation.
- Continuously audit and restructure operational procedures to satisfy statutory compliance standards and internal organizational policies.
- Process Improvement, Digitalization & ERP Integration:
- Spearhead process re-engineering initiatives to align financial operations with global internal control requirements.
- Drive the regional implementation and rollout of SAP ERP systems while promoting finance digitalization projects.
- Standardize cross-border accounting workflows, enhancing reporting speed, accuracy, and operational transparency across regional trading units.

- Academic Background & Demographics:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance (Mandatory).
- Candidates born between 1980 and 1989.
- Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of overall Finance & Accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
- Proven track record within Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and the Trading sector.
- Career history demonstrating high stability (minimum 3 years of commitment per previous employer).
- Technical Competencies & Systems:
- In-depth expertise in Vietnamese financial laws, tax planning, Transfer Pricing (TP), WHT, VAT refund, and internal controls.
- Practical proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar); direct experience with SAP roll-outs is a distinct advantage.
- Regional operational exposure across SEA markets (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand).
- Language & Personal Attributes:
- Dual Fluency in English and Chinese/Mandarin (Both required at a fluent conversational and professional level).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, stress tolerance, and emotional stability in fast-paced corporate environments.
