Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Administrative Support (20%)

Handle documentation and ensure compliance with HR processes.
Provide logistical support for recruitment events and activities.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR leadership.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experienced in executing employer branding or similar initiatives with strong impact.

Strong communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.

Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments.
