Senior Reverse Logistics & Inventory Executive

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end reverse logistics and inventory compliance to minimize financial losses, improve recovery value, and ensure operational efficiency across platforms, 3PL partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reverse Logistics Management

• Act as the main point of contact for resolving disputes related to FD/CR orders caused by platform or last-mile delivery issues.
• Manage the end-to-end process of FD/CR returns, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders (Warehouse, Finance, Commercial, Customer Service) to optimize reverse logistics flows.
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs, including return rates, dispute resolution success rates, and recovery value.
• Identify process gaps that lead to stock write-offs or financial losses, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead initiatives related to damage assessment, reprocessing, and restocking of returned items.
• Manage dispute resolution with platforms and 3PL partners to ensure fair and timely compensation.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and propose process and cost optimization initiatives.

2. Inventory Management & Compliance

• Implement and maintain inventory tracking and control systems to minimize stock risk exposure.
• Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure 3PL warehouses adhere to inventory SOPs and handling standards.
• Train warehouse teams on inventory compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.
• Partner with Finance teams on monthly claim reconciliation, providing clear explanations for discrepancies and root causes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, reverse logistics, or dispute resolution.
• Solid understanding of E-commerce operations, warehouse processes, inventory control, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
