Video Editor Executive

• Edit & Post - Production: Edit and assemble video content using professional editing software and equipment to enhance visual appeal. Create motion graphics for videos.
• Video Production: Shoot, direct, and capture high-quality video footage using cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, providing support as necessary.
• Collab: Collaborate with the production team to maintain visual and audio consistency and quality throughout the editing process.
• Conceptualization & Storytelling: Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
• Trend Awareness: Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in video editing technologies and techniques.
• Platform Adaptation: Adapt video content for various platforms, optimizing for social media, websites, and other digital channels, with a particular emphasis on understanding TikTok's nuances and trends.
• Report to the Manager/Leader.
• Work with our team to create engaging and visually impressive short-form video content.
• Create an average of five to six videos per week, so you should be comfortable in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment.

• Education Background Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Studies or a related field.
• Experience/Industry Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficient in using a range of video editing software and equipment, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and narrative structure.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work that highlights editing skills and storytelling capabilities, including examples of content tailored for platforms such as TikTok.
• A start-up mentality and experience working in a creative environment are a plus.
