Studio Manager (Fitness/Gym)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Growth & Strategy

• Drive sustainable business growth and profitability.

• Develop and execute initiatives to increase member acquisition, retention and overall business performance.

• Work closely with the Founder on strategic planning, partnerships and future growth opportunities.

• Monitor business performance and make data-driven decisions.

2. Commercial Leadership

• Lead and align Sales and Marketing teams to ensure both functions work together effectively.

• Build strong communication loops so customer insights, feedback and market opportunities are shared across teams.

• Oversee business initiatives, campaigns and partnerships to support company objectives.

3. Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team across Front Desk, Sales, Marketing and Coaching.

• Foster a healthy, professional and collaborative working environment built on trust, accountability and open communication.

• Build systems and ways of working that encourage cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

4. Operations & Member Experience

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure a consistently high standard of member experience.

• Support department leads and ensure teams have the tools, processes and resources needed to succeed.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

5. Business Administration & Compliance

• Have a basic understanding of contracts, invoices, tax and other business administration matters.

• Work closely with the accounting team and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.

• Maintain clear documentation, policies and internal processes across the business.

• Is highly organized and able to balance strategy with execution.

• Has strong people management and communication skills.

• Can build a healthy, professional and collaborative workplace culture.

• Has a good understanding of basic business administration, including contracts, invoices and tax-related processes.

• Is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and building communities.

• Speaks both Vietnamese and English confidently.

• Have experience in boutique fitness, hospitality or lifestyle brands.

• Have launched or scaled a business, community or new product.

• Have experience building systems and processes for growing teams.
