- Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory control.
- Maintain accurate warehouse transactions in SAP.
- Ensure timely material supply to support production requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and improve inventory turnover.
- Reduce obsolete inventory and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse team members.
- Ensure warehouse safety, 5S, EHS, and quality compliance.
- Analyze warehouse KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status and operational performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
- Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Warehouse operations
- Inventory management
- Material control
- SAP MM / Warehouse Management
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
