Social Leader

- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, community growth, and business objectives.

- Lead and manage the Social Media team, ensuring high-quality content delivery and effective campaign execution.

- Oversee content planning, publishing, and optimization across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms.

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze social media metrics, and continuously optimize content strategies based on data insights.

- Collaborate with SEO, Digital Marketing, Design, and other internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

- Establish team KPIs, improve workflows, and mentor team members to maximize productivity and performance.

- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience managing and growing social media channels across major platforms.

- Strong knowledge of content strategy, community management, social media analytics, and performance optimization.

- Experience leading teams, setting KPIs, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.

- Experience in Gaming, Entertainment, Media, or Technology industries is a strong advantage.

- Good English communication skills are preferred.
