Digital Head

- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to achieve business growth and project objectives.

- Lead and optimize digital marketing activities across Performance Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, and other digital channels.

- Drive traffic, conversion, and ROI through data-driven marketing strategies and continuous optimization.

- Oversee projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and KPIs are consistently achieved.

- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and overall campaign profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Production, Strategy, and Account teams, to ensure successful campaign delivery.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to clients and management.

- Research emerging digital trends, advertising platforms, and new traffic sources to support business growth.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing digital marketing teams while driving operational excellence.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including at least 5 years in a Digital Director/Senior Manager, or equivalent leadership role.

- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, Digital Media Buying, and campaign optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.

- Good understanding of HTML/CSS, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional English proficiency.

- Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.

- Experience leading large-scale digital marketing teams and managing high-budget campaigns.
